Our classes are geared toward the home cook who enjoys playing with food at any skill level. Whether you are looking to learn a few new recipes for yourself or looking for a few easy ideas for your family dinners, we will teach as well as inspire you to create exciting new dishes with ease.
Our talented, down-to-earth Chefs will show you the simplest way to prepare well-known favorites while introducing you to new techniques and ingredients to make something spectacular out of what might have become just an old favorite. We strive to make cooking fun and easy with our quick tips and advice that will stay with you forever!
Delish cooking school offers a relaxed setting for learning the skills of cooking and wine appreciation taught by talented chefs and experts from a wide variety of culinary backgrounds. We supply all of the ingredients and offer you wine to sip while you're gaining helpful knowledge in our beautiful urban setting. Class participants are served a tasting of all the dishes prepared and presented with printed copies of the recipes to take home.
Whether you prefer to cook with friends and family in a schedule class or mix it up at one of our private hands-on cooking parties, you will learn to prepare delicious food, develop an appreciation of fine wines and beer, and be geared up to enjoy effortless entertaining at a whole new level.
Cooking classes are held Friday evenings and Saturday afternoon. The Saturday classes are always "hands on". Pastry Shop

The Delish! retail pastry shop is unlike any this area has ever seen. The beautifully appointed store front on Amherst Street in historic Black Rock features gorgeous cakes and tempting variety of baked goods that were previously available for purchase only at high end restaurants and private clubs.
As you enter our shop, you will see our beautifully stocked display cases, the hippest cooking gadgets along with a wide variety of gourmet sauces, marinades and spices.
SPECIAL WARNING: our house bottled Delish Balsamic Vinegar (imported just for us from Northern Italy) and our Napa Valley (First Press) Extra Virgin Olive Oil are totally addictive!!
